We support Friendly Local Organized Shoppers and aim to provide a convenient shopping experience by skipping the apps and markups and also offer instant cashback rewards on grocery purchases. You can order from retail stores, take-out meals, grocery orders, and even restaurants. Delivering store prices and offer both same-day and scheduled delivery options.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock and no second choice is listed for delivery priced items, refunds are issued  the same day, processing may take up to 5 business days pending your financial institution.

Communication with Shoppers: Shoppers may contact you for inquiries about specific items or to suggest replacements, subject to retailer availability or make a second stop at a near by retailer to pick up the item.

Reporting Issues: To report missing items or share images of damaged, spoiled, or unacceptable items, please reply to the order confirmation email, in the ratings area or by email.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of online store credits or credit card refunds, depending on your bank and payment method.

Returns Policy: Please note that due to health and safety regulations, perishable items are not eligible for returns. Since the retail store receipt is in the bag, you may do returns!

Proof of Delivery: Upon issuance of proof of delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the order. You can choose to have your order left at the door or meet the customer.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel an order, simply reply with “cancel” to the order confirmation email before the order is marked as “Started”. A service fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

Quality Assurance: We’re committed to selecting quality items and will make substitutions as you direct.
